With Primary Season here, it's time to review the FACEBOOK Rules for the Pender County Republican Party Private FACEBOOK Page.
Pender County Republican Party Facebook Rules Reminder:
The Pender County GOP CANNOT AND WILL NOT endorse a candidate prior to the primary elections.
Starting January 1st our private Facebook page will begin sharing your posts and the posts of your supporters. You and your individual supporters may post once a week on our page.
If you feel your candidate is not getting fair representation here, it is because you failed to submit an appropriate post, not because the party is favoring one candidate over the other.
All members are invited to post.
HERE ARE THE RULES:
As long as you respect these, your post will be allowed. Let’s keep it civil and leave it to the democrats to play dirty. All posts submitted to our page will be reviewed within 24 business hours.
1. Comments are NOT limited as long as they pertain to the topic being discussed.
2. No posts will be allowed with the sole purpose of maliciously attacking sitting Republican politicians or a Republican candidate running for office.
3. Posts supporting a candidate for office or posts highlighting a person’s political record and public opinions are acceptable. During Primaries, CANDIDATES may post their campaign material once a week.
4. Please remain respectful of all members with whom you disagree.
5. This page is for political posts only; not for solicitation of businesses, donations, buy/sell/trade.
6. The administrator reserves the right to delete any comments that violate the above courtesies and do not use profanity, insults, or violence. Habitual offense will result in being banned from this page.
7. If a candidate is unable to submit a post themselves, they may send the information via messenger or through email @ [email protected]. Any posts made on behalf of a candidate will include "Posted on behalf" in the message.
