Dear Friend,

The Democrats' sham impeachment inquiry remains underway. Instead of addressing the challenges facing the American people, House Democrats continue their single-minded obsession with overturning the results of the 2016 election.

As public hearings on impeachment begin today, I wanted to share with you an important memo authored by Republican staff members of the three House committees leading this impeachment sham. It outlines key points of evidence and facts the American people should keep in mind as the impeachment charade continues. You can find the memo here.

As the memo lays out, despite the Democrats' efforts to confuse and obfuscate the truth, these facts are indisputable:

  • The July 25 call summary:  the best evidence of the conversation shows no conditionality or evidence of pressure;

  • President Zelensky and President Trump have both said there was no pressure on the call;

  • "The Ukrainian government was not aware of a hold on U.S. security assistance at the time of the July 25 call; and

  • "President Trump met with President Zelensky and U.S. security assistance flowed to Ukraine in September 2019�without Ukraine investigating President Trump’s political rivals."
